About this trip
Murillo is a town in northern Tolima at around 3,000 metres above sea level. Its centre preserves traditional vertical-plank buildings and serves as a base for exploring rural high-mountain scenery. The proposal starts in town; visits to hot springs, trails or areas near Los Nevados are planned separately and depend on permits, access and environmental conditions. Entry to Nevado del Ruiz or restricted areas is not promised.
