Before purchasing, review the product description, features, variants and price. Prices are in Colombian pesos. Shipping costs and the total are shown before proceeding to payment. If information needed to make your decision is missing, ask us before purchasing.

Orders and payments

You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and have legal capacity to make the purchase. Payment is processed through the enabled platform and confirmation depends on the result reported by the provider.

Creating an order or opening the payment screen does not mean payment has been approved. If an item becomes unavailable or an error affects an existing order, we will contact you to agree on a solution that respects your rights.

Shipping and returns

The shipping policy and the returns, withdrawal and warranty policy form part of these conditions. You can review them before paying and access them again from the footer. No provision removes non-waivable consumer rights.

Routes and advice

Routes are proposals for planning a trip with advice. A WhatsApp message does not confirm a booking or include a guide, transport, entry fees, accommodation or insurance. Any service must be expressly agreed, including its conditions, availability and price, before contracting.

Access conditions, weather and decisions by authorities or operators can change. Confirm the information before travelling. Route information does not replace the professional guidance required for technical or high-mountain activities.

Personal data and communications

Data is processed under the privacy policy. Consent for commercial communications is separate and optional: purchasing does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Use of content

Texts, designs and photographs are used under the relevant rights or licences. Third-party images retain attribution where required. Use of the brand or reproduction of content is not authorised beyond what the law or applicable licence allows.
